
GHV Frontenac Gris
Dry amber, white with hints of peach, apricot, and tropical fruit. The Frontenac Gris grape is genetically related to the Red Frontenac grape introduced by the University of Minnesota. However, the Gris ripens to a light grey color which results in this slightly pink wine. The grapes in this wine were grown in the driftless blufflands of Minnesota.

Smooth white wine with pineapple and pear tastes. The Frontenac Blanc grape is genetically related to the Red Frontenac grape introduced by the University of Minnesota. However, the Blanc ripens to a yellow/white color which results in this slightly pink wine. The grapes in this wine were grown in the driftless blufflands of Minnesota.

GHV La Crescent is a Semi-dry white like a German Riesling with apricot, citrus, and honey nose and flavor. The delightful white La Crescent grape was developed by the University of Minnesota. Serve chilled with poultry or light fish dishes.

GHV Brianna
GHV Brianna is a semi-sweet white wine with hints of apricot, peach, pineapple, and honey. It has a lovely fruity nose. The Brianna grape was developed by Elmer Swenson and widely grown in Nebraska only recently planted in Minnesota. Serve well chilled with fruits and cheeses or to simple enjoy it by itself.

GHV Edelweiss
GHV Edelweiss is a semi-sweet German-style white wine with the floral “edelweiss” nose along with honeyed peach & pear flavors. The Edelweiss grape was developed by Elmer Swenson. Serve well chilled with fruits and cheeses or to simple enjoy it by itself.
