GHV Frontenac GrisDry amber white with hints of peach, apricot, and tropical fruit. The Frontenac Gris grape is genetically identical to the Frontenac grape introduced by the University of Minnesota. However the Gris ripens to a light grey color which results in this slightly pink wine. The grapes in this wine were grown in the driftless blufflands of Minnesota and Wisconsin. |

GHV LaCrescentGHV LaCrescent is a Semi-dry white similar to German Riesling with apricot, citrus, and honey nose and flavor. The delightful white LaCrescent grape was developed by the University of Minnesota. Serve chilled with poultry or light fish dishes. |

GHV BriannaGHV Brianna is a semi-sweetwhite wine with hints of apricot, peach, pineapple, and honey. It has a lovely fruity nose. The Brianna grape was developed by Elmer Swenson and while widely grown in Nebraska only recently planted in Minnesota. Serve well chilled with fruits and cheeses or to simple enjoy it by itself. 2010 is our first vintage of the this wine. |

GHV EdelweissGHV Edelweiss is a semi-sweet German-style white wine with the floral "edelweiss" nose along with honeyed peach & pear flavors. The Edelweiss grape was developed by Elmer Swenson. These grapes were grown in the blufflands near Rockland, WI. Serve well chilled with fruits and cheeses or to simple enjoy it by itself. Winner of a Bronze Medal at the 2010 Internation Cold Climate Grape Competition and the Mid-American Wine Competition. |
