The St. Pepin grape was developed by Elmer Swenson and grown in our vineyards located on the bluffs above the city of Winona. Serve chilled with poultry or cheese dishes. |

GHV EdelweissGHV Edelweiss is a delightfully sweet German-style white wine exhibiting the floral "edelweiss" nose, with honeyed peach, pear & apricot flavors. The St. Pepin grape was developed by Elmer Swenson and jointly released by the University of Minnesota. We grew these grapes at our vineyard located on the bluffs above the city of Winona. Serve well chilled with fruits and cheeses or to simple enjoy it all by itself. |

GHV Frontenac GrisGHV Frontenac Gris presents aromas of peach and apricot with hints of enticing citrus and tropical fruit. The Frontenac Gris grape is genetically identical to the Frontenac grape introduced by the University of Minnesota. However the Gris ripens to a light grey color which results in this slightly pink wine. The grapes in this wine were grown in the driftless blufflands of Minnesota and Wisconsin. |

GHV LaCrescentThis wine is our first release of this delightful white LaCrescent grape developed by the University of Minnesota. GHV LaCrescent is similar to a German Riesling in style but with apricot, citrus and honey nose and flavor. The grapes in this wine were grown by Wabasha Bluffs Vineyard.
